Hello, I am so excited and proud to service the students and people of the Pacific Rim School District on the ?a?uu?i (homelands) of the Hupac??asath, Huu-ay-aht, Tla-o-qui-aht, Tseshaht, and the Yuu?u?i??at? Governments, and acknowledge we work alongside the Nuu-Chah-Nulth Nations and the Metis Nation of BC. 

I was born to immigrant parents, raised, and educated here in the Alberni Valley.  After graduating I traveled then earned my Diploma in Criminal Justice.  I have extensive work and life experience in the hospitality and service industry.   

My interest in our education system started with my active participation in Parent Advisory Councils (PACs) and the District Parent Advisory Council (DPAC) for about 9 years.  I continue to work hard advocating for students, parents, and families towards equal and quality learning for all.  I recognize the hard work and dedication of board office staff, teachers, administrators, support staff, and all employees who make this district thrive.  A successful school and student body reflects a healthy community and I am dedicated to this.  I regularly post useful family and student information and links to sites offering supports on my Facebook Page.
