Google Stadia review, three months later: Nothing ventured, nothing changed

Stadia desperately needs some TLC from Google, because it's being neglected right now. As with any service like Google Stadia , it evolves over time. What it launched as may look nothing like what it becomes three months, six months, even a year after release. Because of this, we'll continually look at Stadia to see how far it's come — and how far it still needs to go to become a viable game streaming service for everyone. To get it out of the way, in the three months since its launch in November 2019, not much has changed at all. Despite Google's insistence that the company is still working on features like Crowd Play and State Share, none of these features have been added yet. Stadia is still woefully under baked, and unfortunately more time in the oven hasn't helped yet. What has changed since launch is that Stadia is now available on more platforms and has a few more games. But to act like these alone make Stadia a much better service now than in N

Bethesda a bit bazzled at gamers' blasé response to Fallout 76 PvP

Pete Hines spills the beans. What you need to know Fallout 76 is the latest in Bethesda's post-apocalyptic RPG games. It has had a pretty unenthusiastic response from players since launch. Pete Hines said in an interview that Bethesda was surprised by some of the responses. Bethesda is commited to fixing some of these mistakes in the future. If someone were to say that Fallout 76 had a bit of a rough launch, that would be a massive understatement. The ambitious evolution of Bethesda's notorious post-apocalyptic RPG's didn't feature NPC's, single-player events or a cohesive story line, instead focusing on multiplayer and co-op, as well as environmental storytelling. Suffice to say, that combined with the rough state the game launched in led to a negative response from many of Fallout's fans. Pete Hines, Bethesda's senior vice president of global marketing and communications, had more to say about the subject in an interview with USGamer. I t

Additionally, image quality is also questionable since many games run at lower resolutions and sometimes frame rates than the Xbox One X. Recently, Business Insider spoke with a number of game developers about their thoughts on Stadia. Unfortunately, some significant issues emerged during those discussions. The outlet said the followin

Working for Microsoft Xbox games flow right to your browser

Microsoft is developing technology that transmits Xbox games on PC browsers . if a new report by veteran journalist Brad Sams Microsoft Neowin is correct. One Both Xbox and Xbox 360 games are supposed to work with the service, which can be accessed through Internet Explorer or Chrome.   Last year, Microsoft has it used the effervescent power of the cloud to show Halo 4 is running on a Windows Phone , among other devices . This browser-based solution is apparently the continuation of this research, as well as use for a huge infrastructure of Microsoft Azure cloud . According to Sams, " Xbox 360 offered the full experience , including the dashboard runs in the browser too ... The product , as it is right now, has the Xbox brand and works outside the walls of Microsoft .
