Cyber Monday Chromebook deals: Lenovo

Lenovo 10e Chromebook Tablet (Save up to $265)

This is the classroom-tested version of the Lenovo Chromebook Duet, with a 400-nit, 1920 x 1200px touchscreen, long battery life, and unlike the Duet, this version actually has a headphone jack. You can buy just the tablet for $99, but I recommend grabbing the keyboard bundle for $139 for a better out-of-box experience. This tablet will also get Chrome OS updates until June 2028, meaning this $100 tablet will last 3-4 times as long as any Android tablet you buy today.

From $99 at Lenovo

Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 (Save $160)

$160 at Amazon (Blizzard White, 64GB)

The Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 is the same winning formula as the Lenovo C330, but it'll get Chrome OS updates until June 2028. Combine that with a 2-in-1 touchscreen, stellar battery life, and durable build makes it a no-brainer for kids.

Lenovo ThinkPad C13 Yoga Chromebook (13")

From $359 at Lenovo

This Ryzen-powered Chromebook features larger keycaps for those with aging eyes, the durability of ThinkPad engineering, and a brighter 300-nit touchscreen for better visibility in bright locations. $400 for the Athalon model is okay, but $700 for the Ryzen 7 model with 16GB RAM and 256GB of storage is a steal.

Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5i (Save $180)

$390 at Lenovo

This upgraded version of the Lenovo Flex 5 went on sale back in October, but this is the first time we've seen it discounted. With an i3 processor, plenty of storage, and a 1080p touchscreen, the Flex 5i is ready to work hard and play hard.

Cyber Monday Chromebook deals: Premium Chromebooks

Google Pixelbook Go (Save $50)

There are plenty of newer Chromebooks out there, including Chromebooks with more ports and more power. However, power isn't everything, especially when the Pixelbook Go still runs great after two years and has the hands-down best keyboard and trackpad on a Chromebook in 2021.

From $600 at Best Buy From $600 at Amazon

Samsung Galaxy Chromebook (Save $400)

Whether you want the latest specs for your work or the best screen around for watching movies, this gives you both. While the i3 Galaxy Chromebook 2 is down to $540, it has less power, less storage, and a lower-resolution screen, so the OG is the one to buy.

$600 at Amazon $600 at Best Buy

Cyber Monday Chromebook deals: Student Chromebooks

Samsung Chromebook 4 (Save $70)

It may not be the newest Chromebook on the block, but it's a great fit for strapped budgets and casual computing. With up to 12 hours of battery life and 4GB of RAM, the Chromebook 4 is great for homework, writing, everyday computing, and lightweight travel.

$87 at Walmart (32GB) $180 at Amazon (64GB)

Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 (Save $230)

$160 at Amazon (Blizzard White, 64GB)

The Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 is the same winning formula as the Lenovo C330, but it'll get Chrome OS updates until June 2028. Combining that with a 2-in-1 touchscreen, stellar battery life, and durable build makes it a no-brainer for kids.

Samsung Chromebook 4+

$209 at Walmart

Using standard 45W USB-C Power Delivery Charging and the same software and features as Chromebooks twice its price, the Samsung Chromebook 4+ can feel like a steal, but the lackluster screen spoils the experience for weaker, older eyes. 4GB of RAM combine with the Celeron N4000 for easy homework but not easy video calls with the whole class.

Acer Chromebook 311 (CB311-10H-41M9) (Save $50)

This ruggedeized, classroom-tested Chromebook should be able to survive anything your rambunctious kid throws at it (under 10lbs, at least). There are dozens of great dining options within a few blocks of my home, yet I still end up ordering food through delivery apps four or five times per week. With the growing coronavirus pandemic closing restaurants and consumers self-isolating, it is likely we will see a spike in food delivery much like the 20% jump China reported during the peak of its crisis. With the food delivery sector rocketing toward a projected $365 billion by the end of the decade, I’m clearly not the only one turning to delivery apps even before the pandemic hit. Thanks to technology (and VC funding) we can get a ri

Slack and Amazon announced a big integration late yesterday afternoon. As part of the deal, Slack will use Amazon Chime for its call feature, while reiterating its commitment to use AWS as its preferred cloud provider to run its infrastructure. At the same time, AWS has agreed to use Slack for internal communications. Make no mistake, this is a big deal as the SaaS communications tool increases its ties with AWS, but this agreement could also be about slighting Microsoft and its rival Teams product by making a deal with a cloud rival. In the past Slack CEO Stewart Butterfield has had choice words for Microsoft saying the Redmond technology giant sees his company as an “existential threat.” Whether that’s true or not — Teams is but one piece of a huge technology company — it’s impossible not to look at the deal in this context. Aligning more deeply with AWS sends a message to Microsoft, whose Azure infrastructure services compete with AWS. Butterfield didn’t say that of course
