How to change the pulse oximeter tracking mode

  1. Access the Settings menu on your watch.
  2. Select Wrist Heart Rate > Pulse Ox > Tracking Mode.
  3. Change it to During Sleep or Off to extend battery life.

How to turn off Bluetooth

  1. Launch the Controls menu.
  2. Tap the Bluetooth icon to toggle on/off.
