Here's everything Sony has confirmed about the PS5 VR (PSVR 2) so far

Peering through the fog of truth and rumor. You know how this works. Up until the official announcement or release of a product, the rumor mill swims with excitement, pumping out every possible (and impossible) feature to the forefront of what could be coming next. We know it'll be one of the best PS5 accessories when it's released and, based on the original's success, we know it'll provide plenty of amazing and unique gaming experiences. While we can speculate to high heaven on what the hardware will be like, Sony has made a number of annoucements about the PS5 VR (PSVR2) that we can say, without a doubt, are irrefutably true. PS5 exclusive There's no doubting or questioning Sony's PS5 strategy going forward. While many upcoming PS4 games continue to debut side-by-side with PS5 versions, Sony has made it clear that the original PSVR is solely a PS4 accessory. That doesn't stop them from releasing new PSVR games — which also work perfectly on PS

Here's everything we know about the new PS5 VR controllers

Best answer: Yes. The new PS5 VR will feature completely redesigned controllers with better tracking and more functionality than the PSVR's PS Move controllers. New PS5 VR controller A whole new look Sony is changing everything up with PS5 VR , starting with the controllers themselves. Gone is the wand design of the PS Move. In its stead are controllers that look like an almost perfect mashup of the Valve Index's Knuckles controllers and the Oculus Quest 2's Touch controllers. The only real similarity between these controllers and the PS Move controllers is that elongated handle, which makes it easy to grip. It also has a wrist strap to keep the controllers from flying away if you were to let go of them. The new ring tracking system is considerably more accurate and offers total freedom of movement. Outside of all of that we're looking at a completely different experience, starting with the tracking. The new PS5 VR controller design sports a pronounced seri

Every PS5 video game delay in 2021: Upcoming release dates

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced developers to adapt their work pipelines and finish games from home. This has led to multiple delays. Last year began with a slew of high-profile game delays, most notably Cyberpunk 2077 and the Final Fantasy 7 Remake, but then COVID-19 struck and and threw the games industry through a loop. Now that we're into 2021, we'll only be seeing more delays as developers truly begin to understand the effects of the pandemic on their work pipeline. One of the first major delays to come this year was Hogwarts Legacy, being pushed into 2022. We've compiled a list of every game that have been delayed into 2021 and beyond. Some of these games have been delayed indefinitely while others have release windows or a final release date. We'll continually update this list as more games are delayed. Should you buy a 120Hz TV for your PS5? Let's discuss!

Best answer: No. At least not yet. Televisions that officially support 120Hz are incredibly expensive right now since the technology hasn't been widely adopted yet. However, you can get gaming monitors that support up to 144Hz for at least somewhat in comparison. What does 120Hz mean? In regards to televisions and monitors, hertz (Hz) is the frequency at which a screen redraws a scene in one second. When you see a television labeled as supporting 60Hz or 120Hz, it means that the refresh rate of the screen is 60 or 120 frames per second (FPS). The higher the refresh rate, the smoother movement looks, so a 120Hz TV supports 120 FPS. That doesn't always bode well for movies or TV, but it works extremely well for games. Unlike the PS4, the PS5 supports 120Hz, meaning games can be played at 120 FPS if designed to hit that target. A frame rate of up to 120 FPS would mean games run smoother than ever. You'll notice less choppiness during fast-paced scenes with a lot of mo
